Tight schedule and complex, international coordination

With a firm deadline established from the project’s inception, our team faced a clear challenge: the new office branding concept needed to be fully implemented before employees first stepped into their new workspace. We immediately conducted thorough analyses of existing processes for consistency, then expertly expanded the branding specifications to integrate seamlessly with the office space planning. Our team meticulously briefed all production partners and internal stakeholders about the production processes, tight scheduling requirements, and critical time dependencies. During the initial project phase, we successfully identified and engaged all essential project partners, positioning us perfectly for timely execution.

  • Tight schedule until the opening of the new headquarters in Baar and the new office premises in the port of Rotterdam

SOLUTION APPROACH

Direct involvement of senior management in all important decisions

CEO Dev Sanyal and the entire senior management team were actively involved in all key decision-making processes from the beginning. Photorealistic mock-ups of conceptual room design options were prepared and presented to management through keynotes for their decisions. Immediately following the decision-making process, detailed layouts were created and production processes coordinated. This approach ensured all project partners received comprehensive information for each project phase, enabling timely implementation of their respective production processes. The project secured Attilio AG, a strong Swiss partner specializing in advertising and signage production. This supplier maintained the same team throughout the entire project, guaranteeing consistency in production materials across Europe while ensuring efficient collaboration that met the high quality standards demanded by VARO Energy management, particularly CEO Dev Sanyal.
